The National Museum of Scotland in Chambers Street is a wonderful place. It has an imposing façade and a wonderful interior that does not disappoint. It is filled with joy and wonder from the beginnings of humanity to the (almost) present day.
I first visited the museum when I was about 5 years old and always hold it in the highest esteem. I cannot show all the treasures that this palace of wonder holds, but I hope what you see here gives you a taste and makes you want to go and see for yourself. If you want to learn more about the museum, exbitions, events, etc check out the website at http://www.nms.ac.uk/our_museums.aspx
